interesting...it seems that moving to a mentor based ministry is more fruitful than the one man show youth ministry...
SB-I don't know that it's entirely more fruitful...maybe fruitful in a different way. I spent way too long doing the one man show. I definitely like this approach better and think it's more in line with a healthy understanding of the church as a collection of gifts and abilities.
I'll post 2 more articles in the coming months about what's going well and what isn't.
